Wide Flange

Wide Flange, often referred to as WF / IWF Steel.

Also called I-shape, a wide-flange beam is a structural steel part on which the flanges are of equal thickness from the tip to the web and are at right angles to the web. In a cross section view, the part looks like the letter "H". Wide-flange beams differ in width of the web and weight of the beam.
